Box arrived damaged but the ball was fine. This runs around on the floor in different directions and pauses and then moves again. My dog chased it around the room barking at it. He loves it. Just have to be careful he doesn't break and eat it.

I was really looking forward to this steamer. As soon as I received it, I filled it with water and immediately tried it out. Heavy means to me that it is of good quality and has a nice interior. I steamed a towel with it, simply superb! I really didn't expect it. Definitely worth its money. A sincere recommendation. The reservoir for such a steamer is quite small. And the density and strength of the steam are very good.
